Payment is processed securely through our platform when you book. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other digital wallets. Full payment is required at booking, but you can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your session.
No hidden fees. The price shown on each mentor's profile is the complete cost for their services. Travel is typically included, but some mentors may charge extra for very distant locations—this will be clearly stated on their profile.
Yes. Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for rescheduling or partial credit at the mentor's discretion.
For multi-day programs over $2,000, we offer payment plans through our financing partner. You can split your payment into 3–6 monthly installments with no additional fees.
Professional development expenses are often tax-deductible as a business expense. We recommend consulting with your accountant, and we provide detailed invoices for your records.
