What a Session Costs
Mentors set their own rates. Today they range from about $1,500 to $6,500 per on-site day, and $150 to $1,000 per hour for virtual sessions. The exact price is shown in full before you request a session.
What you pay on top
You pay the mentor’s listed rate plus an 8% RIGHT service fee, and card processing is shown as its own line at checkout before you confirm. Nothing else is added afterwards.

Plan the Day Together
Message your mentor inside RIGHT before the session to share your goals, your cases and what you want to cover.
Mentor Travel
Your mentor travels to your practice. Mentors are asked to build their travel costs into the rate they set.
Hands-On Training
Full day of supervised, hands-on training on real patient cases at your practice.
Case Documentation
Written notes and recommendations from your mentor on cases performed.
Your Thread Stays Open
Your message thread with your mentor stays open after the session, so you can follow up on the cases you worked on.
CE Credit
Some mentors can arrange CE credit independently — ask your mentor. RIGHT does not issue CE credit.
Additional Costs (Not Included)
The price you see is the rate your mentor set, and mentors are asked to include their travel in it. If anything about a session is unclear, message your mentor before you book.
Calculate Your Return
A single case can cover the cost of a mentor day, depending on your fees and your case mix. The calculator uses your numbers, not ours.

Pricing FAQs
Common questions about costs and payments
You’re not charged when you request a session. Once your mentor accepts, you pay the full session price through Stripe — all major cards, Apple Pay and digital wallets. RIGHT holds that payment until after your session, then pays your mentor.
No surprises. You pay the mentor’s listed rate plus an 8% RIGHT service fee, and card processing is shown as its own line at checkout before you confirm. Nothing else is added afterwards. Mentors are asked to build their travel into the rate they set.
Before you’ve paid, you can withdraw a request at any time — nothing has been charged. Once a session is paid for, message your mentor first; rescheduling is between the two of you. If a session can’t go ahead, contact us before the funds release and our team will review it. Refunds are issued case by case.
Professional development expenses are often tax-deductible as a business expense. We recommend consulting your accountant. You get a receipt for every session you pay for, and the booking record stays in your dashboard.
