Share Your Expertise as a Mentor

You have complete control over your schedule! Set your availability for as many or as few days as you want. Many mentors start with just 1-2 days per month and scale up as they get comfortable. There's no minimum commitment required.

A member of our team reviews your application personally — your CV, your credentials and specialties, and, for dentists, a state license number for each state you practice in. We usually get back to you within a couple of business days and we email you the decision either way. Nobody self-publishes onto the platform.

Yes — maintaining your own professional liability (malpractice) coverage is part of the Mentor Agreement every mentor signs. RIGHT does not provide insurance, but the agreements every mentor and mentee sign include liability protections for platform sessions: clearly defined scope, responsibility, and indemnification terms. You should coordinate with your carrier to add the mentoring practice to your policy for the relevant days.

The mentee is charged in full when you accept a request, and RIGHT holds that payment until the session has happened. Once you mark the session complete, funds release when your mentee confirms the session or leaves a review — or automatically 5 business days later. Your payout is your listed rate less RIGHT's 12% platform fee, sent to your connected Stripe account; Stripe then pays your bank, typically 2–7 business days after that.

Yes! As a clinician you can mentor in any state where you hold an active license — list all of them in your profile and we'll match you with mentees in those states. Business Support mentors aren't state-bound at all, so their reach is nationwide from day one.

Life happens. Tell the mentee and tell us as early as you can, and work with them to find a new date — a session that has already been paid for can't be cancelled in the app. If it can't go ahead at all, contact us before the funds release and our team will review it; refunds are issued case by case.

On-site bookings run from one full day up to five, in half-day increments, at the mentee's practice. You observe, guide, and provide direct instruction during actual procedures. Mentees can also book 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-hour virtual sessions that run inside RIGHT for case planning and follow-up.

We handle all the logistics! This includes payment processing, booking management, customer support for mentees, marketing to attract mentees, documented session agreements with built-in liability protections, and a dedicated mentor support team reachable by email. You focus on teaching—we handle everything else.
