We verify your dental license, check professional references, and conduct a background screening. The process typically takes 24-48 hours once you submit all required documents. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know immediately when your profile goes live.

Yes, you must maintain your own malpractice insurance as an active practitioner. RIGHT provides supplemental $2 million liability coverage for your mentoring activities through our platform at no cost to you. Note: this is supplemental coverage, not a replacement for your primary policy. You should coordinate with your carrier to add the mentoring practice to your policy for the relevant days.

Payments are processed automatically after sessions are completed. We handle all payment logistics so you can focus on mentoring. Compensation details are provided during the onboarding process.

Yes! You can mentor in any state where you hold an active dental license. Simply list all your active licenses in your profile, and you'll be discoverable by mentees in those states. This can significantly expand your mentoring opportunities and income potential.

Life happens! You can cancel sessions through your dashboard. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance have no penalty. For cancellations within 48 hours, we ask that you work with the mentee to reschedule to maintain your reputation. Emergency cancellations are understood and won't impact your standing.

Most sessions are full-day (8 hours) hands-on mentoring at the mentee's practice location. You observe, guide, and provide direct instruction during actual procedures. Some mentors also offer half-day sessions or virtual consultations. You decide what formats work best for your expertise and schedule.

We handle all the logistics! This includes payment processing, booking management, customer support for mentees, marketing to attract mentees, liability insurance, and a dedicated mentor support team reachable by email. You focus on teaching—we handle everything else.
