RIGHT Mentorship is a platform that connects dental professionals with expert mentors for hands-on, onsite training. Unlike traditional CE courses, our mentors travel to your practice and teach you advanced procedures using your own equipment and real patients.

RIGHT Mentorship is designed for licensed dental professionals—including general dentists, specialists, and dental surgeons—who want to learn new procedures or expand their skills. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced practitioner, we have mentors for every skill level. We're also planning to expand access to other dental team members, including hygienists and dental assistants, in the near future.

Our mentors teach a wide range of procedures including full-arch implants, AOX surgery, cosmetic dentistry, digital workflows, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and more. You can filter mentors by specialty on our Find a Mentor page.

Traditional CE courses are typically classroom-based or use models. RIGHT Mentorship provides 1:1 training at your practice with real patients under expert supervision. You learn on your equipment, with your team, and can immediately apply what you've learned.
