RIGHT Mentorship is designed for dental professionals—general dentists, specialists, dental surgeons, and hygienists—who want to learn new procedures or expand their skills. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced practitioner, we have mentors for every skill level. Our mentors include hygienists and Business Support mentors as well as clinicians, so the help isn't limited to chairside procedures.

Our mentors teach a wide range of procedures including full-arch implants, AOX surgery, cosmetic dentistry, digital workflows, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and more. Tell us the procedures you want to learn, in priority order, and we match you to a mentor who teaches them.

Traditional CE courses are typically classroom-based or use models. RIGHT Mentorship provides 1:1 training at your practice with real patients under expert supervision. You learn on your equipment, with your team, and can immediately apply what you've learned.
