Common questions about getting started
Mentors set their own rates — today roughly $1,500 to $6,500 per on-site day, and $150 to $1,000 per hour for virtual sessions. The exact price is shown before you request a session.
On-site mentorship runs one full day up to five, in half-day increments — you and your mentor agree the hours. You can also book a 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-hour virtual session inside RIGHT for case planning and follow-up.
Yes! RIGHT Mentorship is unique because mentors travel to your practice. You learn on your own equipment, with your team, treating your patients. This ensures the training is immediately applicable.
Every application is reviewed personally by a member of the RIGHT team before that mentor can be matched or take a booking. Dentists provide a state license number for each state they practice in, and every mentor signs our Mentor Agreement, attesting that they carry their own malpractice coverage.
